Sims 3 Console Crashes – Problem Getting Resolved

I emphasise the getting resolved – EA knows about the issue and is working hard to fix it but there is no update on how it’s going. It seems people are having issues trying to save their The Sims 3 game on console as doing so causes a crash and the only way to fix it is to do a reboot, thus losing your saved data.
