64 Bit Wonders in the Sims 4
Recently, EA updated the Sims 4, which had previously only been available as the 32 bit version of the game, to a 64 bit option. This is an automatic option selected by your system. However, if you do want to change it manually, it can be a little tricky. Here’s a quick guide on how to switch between 32 and 64 bit versions of the game.
With the newest Sims 4 Patch released today, The Sims 4 is now available as a 64-bit version for 64-bit Windows users. The game should automatically select this option for you by default, however, you can always change this option via game options Origin.
To bring up the popup box below, select “more info” on The Sims 4 in your games library, and then look for the version option on the upper right hand corner.
